What is Terequeo?
A Puerto Rico store with new, pre-owned and consignment items managed by Terequeo. It is not a marketplace.
Are products new or used?
Both are offered. Check the condition shown on each listing.
What does Second round mean?
The item had a previous owner. Review the description for wear, functionality and details.
How is condition evaluated?
Listings describe condition, defects and components. Excellent, Very good and Good are proposed levels awaiting approval, not automatically assigned ratings.
Are photographs of the actual item?
Product listing images belong to the product registered in Shopify; demo items are labeled. Editorial images on the home and information pages are illustrative.
Can I buy multiple items?
Yes, available products can be combined in the cart. Accepted quantities depend on availability confirmed by Shopify.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Available methods appear in Shopify's secure checkout. We do not publish a list without verifying the store settings.
Do you deliver throughout Puerto Rico?
Check options for your address at checkout. Coverage and delivery methods must be confirmed before completing your purchase.
Can I pick up my order?
Only when available for the order or confirmed with you. Contact us before buying if you need pickup arrangements.
Can I return an item?
See the returns page and contact us with your order number. The final policy is awaiting approval.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Keep the item and packaging and send your order number and photographs of the damage for review. Do not return it without instructions.
How can I sell through Terequeo?
Use Sell with us to submit item details and photographs.
How long does evaluation take?
No timeline is published. Terequeo will confirm the process and any additional information needed.
Who sets the selling price?
Your estimate is a reference. Price and commission are agreed before listing.
Can demo products be purchased?
No. They are displayed for layout review only and cannot be added to the cart.
