Who we are
Terequeo is a Puerto Rico online shop for new items and second-round treasures. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us: name, email, phone, delivery address and, if you propose an item for consignment, photos and item details. Purchase data: orders and payments are processed through Shopify; Terequeo does not store full card numbers. Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
To process orders through Shopify, reply to messages and review consignment proposals. Messages, details and photographs submitted through the forms are stored privately in Lovable Cloud.
Who we share it with
Only with providers needed to run the shop, such as Shopify (orders and payments), payment processors and delivery services. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and storage
The cart and your cookie preference use browser storage. No third-party analytics tool is configured in this storefront version. Shopify checkout may use its own cookies. Review your preference below or clear data in your browser.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting us through our contact page or official social media.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
